Christopher's career has been based in Essex where he has held the role of Head Chef at prestigious venues such as The Grove, Pipe Of Port and The Royal Hotel.  During lockdown, Christopher was furloughed due to restaurant closures and this proved to be the turning point in his career.

 

He made the decision to leave restaurant life and focus on expanding the idea of offering bespoke dinners and tasting menus for people to eat in their own home.
